United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a federation of seven emirates; Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.
UAE population has increased dramatically in the last decade. According to the data from the United Nations, UAE population has reached 9.8 million in 2020. At the time of its formation in 1971 the population of the UAE was 277,463.
